PAYMENT

We accept all major credits with NO additional fees.  If you would like to pay using a check or money order and receive a 3% cash discount, please contact us at AracneLLC@outlook.com.   Please note, this will delay your shipping time because it takes time for these payments to clear.

BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH FOR FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS ON ORDERS OVER $250.00 (OR YOU MUST CONTACT US PRIOR TO PURCHASE)

All cancelled orders subject to 3% cancelation fee.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All orders are shipped UPS, signature may be required for insurance and security purposes. Most accessories are shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS Delivery. Ready to ship items are typically shipped within two business days and custom night vision builds can take up to seven business days to ship. Expedited shipping orders will typically be shipped via UPS Overnight  (if standard overnight is not available for your address the order will be shipped Fedex Express 2 Day Air).

Returns will be handled on a case by case basis.  Our goal is to assure every customer is satisfied and wants to order from us again. 

SALES TAX

All companies must collect and remit sales tax.

Shipping Liability

I understand that once my package is entrusted to a common carrier (i.e. UPS and FedEx) that Arcaneguns.com does not have control over my package. Additionally, I agree that once such common carrier delivers my package to the address I specified, I am fully responsible for the safety of my package (please make sure that the common carrier has access to a safe location at which to deliver your package).

EXPORT CONTROLS POLICY

Export of the commodities described herein is strictly prohibited without a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), as prescribed in the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), Title 22, Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 120-130, or the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), as prescribed in the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Title 15, Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 730-774.

Arcane LLC does not export outside of the United States of America. No Exceptions.

U.S. Export Restrictions:

DDTC and BIS, among other U.S. government agencies, regulate the export, re-export, and transfer of our products. Due to this we kindly request that you read the below paragraphs regarding U.S. export regulations.

It is unlawful to export, attempt to export, or otherwise transfer or sell any hardware, software, or technology/technical data, as well as to furnish any service to any foreign person, whether abroad or in the United States, for which a license or written approval of the U.S. Government is required, without first obtaining the required license or written approval from the U.S. Government.

It is the exporter’s responsibility to request and obtain export licenses or other authorizations for the export of the subject items, and to ensure that the requirements of all applicable laws, regulations, and administrative policies are met.

Sales or transfers to individuals or entities on the any U.S. prohibited party list or to any sanctioned countries and territories are strictly prohibited.

Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.
